The Pulsair tonometer is indicated for measuring intraocular pressure without contacting the eye to aid in the screening and diagnosis of glaucoma.
The Pulsair is a screening device used to measure intraocular pressure which is one of the key biomarkers considered in diagnosing glaucoma. It is an electrically powered desktop type non-contact Tonometer. The system provides the user with a colour display to aid alignment of the tonometer relative to the eye. Once the system is aligned, the Desktop Pulsair will automatically take IOP measurements. The system also allows the user to print IOP measurements taken of both eyes.
